Terms of Use

Welcome to the Copenhagen AI website. By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Use of the Website

The content and services provided on this website are for your personal and non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse the services or help anyone else to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, doing anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of our services.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own communications, including the upload, transmission and posting of information, and are responsible for the consequences of their posting on or through the site. You agree not to engage in activities that could harm the reputation of Copenhagen AI or are unlawful, insulting, obscene, or threatening.

Disclaimers

Copenhagen AI does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of information available from the services. You acknowledge that computer and telecommunications systems are not fault-free and occasional periods of downtime occur. We do not guarantee the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

Copenhagen AI will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately.

Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the services will be governed by the laws of the country of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or a breach thereof, through direct negotiation. If the matter is not resolved through negotiation within 30 days, Copenhagen AI reserves the right to choose the method and location of dispute resolution based on the estimated costs and practical considerations. Copenhagen AI may opt for:

  1. Mediation, to be administered by the Danish Mediation Institute or another mediation service mutually agreed upon.
  2. Arbitration, where the arbitration shall be conducted in Denmark or any other jurisdiction mutually agreed upon if practical considerations and cost issues warrant it. The arbitration will be conducted according to the rules of the Danish Arbitration Association or another applicable arbitration body if agreed upon by both parties.
  3. Litigation, to be initiated in the courts of Denmark, unless another jurisdiction offers a more practical solution based on the specific circumstances of the dispute.
Copenhagen AI will inform the other party of the chosen method and location of dispute resolution promptly. The choice made by Copenhagen AI will consider the best interests of both parties to ensure a fair and efficient resolution. This choice will be final and binding on both parties.
